Finally, my 1st post. I set up this blog several months ago, but since then I have reached a milestone in my young life. I have graduated college. Woooohoo!! Party, Party! Yes, it has been a fun two weeks since that fun-filled graduation day, and now, now it's time to begin the job search. The nagging has commenced and I'm going crazy.
Still not too sure what I want to do exactly. My dream job would involve trend forecasting, product testing, buying for a department store, helping to choose fabrics/colors/styles, and the list goes on. I would love to work for a fashion magazine either researching or writing or both. I just want my first official job to be a great base for my future. I am so worried that my first job will scare me away from my dream completely. They don't really teach you how to overcome that situation while you're in college.
So, until the start of 2011, I'm going to Columbia to move out of my apartment, head to Nashville for the UNC vs. Tenn game (GO HEELS!), and then on to Louisville to visit my boyfriend's family for the New Year celebration. Introductions to all the fabulous people in my life will come at another time. Bye for now....
